What do you need from me?: One of two things. Option 1: invite us as a helper on your site (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and GoDaddy all have an "invite" or "add user" button; we send you the exact steps). Option 2: you log in yourself and we stay on the phone or a screen share and tell you exactly what to click and paste. Either way, please never email us a password.
Is there anything only I can do?: Sometimes Google wants more words on a page. We tell you exactly what to write about, but you know your business best. And if your web host itself is very slow, we will tell you plainly what it would take to fix.
